• Merchandise on sale or with use of a discount code is FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange 
• No refunds or store credit on shoes without original box
• No refunds or store credit on worn shoes
• No refunds or store credit on merchandise without tags
• ELL Boutiques does not refund shipping charges or cover the cost of return shipping.
• No refunds on sale items or gift cards.
