With us being a small, family-run business we hope you understand that we do our very best to get your merchandise to you in a timely manner. It may take 7-10 days to ship your merchandise. If we expect delays with your order, you will be contacted promptly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
ONLINE STORE PURCHASES
- Full priced merchandise is eligible for store credit only within 21 days of receipt
- Merchandise on sale or with use of a discount code is FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange
- No refunds or store credit on shoes without original box
- No refunds or store credit on worn shoes
- No refunds or store credit on merchandise without tags
- ELL Boutiques does not refund shipping charges or cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your in store purchase, you may return unworn items within seven days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Shoes or clothes that have been worn cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. ALL in-store sale items are final sales. All special orders, jewelry sales, and handbags are final sale items. Please call the location where item was purchased to discuss exchange or store credit options.
